The Board of Directors has approved sponsoring a new project of a research and eductional nature which will focus on promoting organic agriculture, community food strategies and worker cooperatives related to food production and distribution.
 
This new project is in keeping with PCWF’s concerns in the areas of healthy food, local food production and the future of small farms in Canada.
 
This project will be of particular interest to leaders and community groups who have the interest, knowledge and energy to bring forth ideas and have the ability to bring them to completion.
 
Phoenix has entered into an agreement with Carrot Cache of Toronto ot undertake this particular project given that they have extensive experience in the areas above.
